1.What time is check-in and check-out?
Hotel night starts at 2 pm and ends at 11 am. Depending on apartments availability there is a possibility for early check-in or late check-out (for extra payment 50 PLN)

2.What is in the apartment?
Every apartment is equipped with terrestrial and SAT TV, wireless Internet and air-conditioning. For our guests use there are also hairdryer, iron and ironing board.  Kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric cooker and fridge. In some of our apartments (La Gioia 23, 25, 26) there is also washing machine,  dishwasher and oven.

3.What is the location of apartments?
All of ours apartments are localized in Cracow’s city center, in few different locations:

  •           La Gioia 1, 2, 3 and 4 on ul. Syrokomli.
  •           La Gioia 5, 6 and 7 on ul. Lubicz.
  •           La Gioia 8, 9, 10, 23, 25, 26 on ul. Zwierzyniecka
  •           La Gioia 11 and 12 on ul. Piwna                               
  •           La Gioia 13, 14, 15 on ul. Szlak

4.Is there an elevator in the building?
To ours apartments on ul. Zwierzyniecka, Szlak and Piwna there is an elevator.
In buildings on ul. Syrkomlii and Lubicz there isn’t one.

5.Are there towels and sheets in the apartments?
Yes, we provide towels and sheets.

6. Do you serve breakfasts?
We don’t serve breakfasts or other meals in the apartments.

7.Is there extra payment for cleaning?
If the stay is longer, apartment is cleaned once in every5 days without extra fee. For extra payment (50PLN) it’s possible to have extra cleaning. On standard service the apartments are not cleaned everyday.

8.Is there a phone in the apartments?
No, there is no land line in the apartments.

9.How can I make a reservation?
The easiest way is making a reservation online via our webside. You can also make reservation by e-mail or phone call.

10. Are pets accepted in apartments?
No, pets are not accepted.

11.Is it allowed to smoke inside apartments?
Smoking inside apartments is strictly forbidden. In apartments which have it, it is allowed to smoke on balcony.

12.Is there an option to organize transfer to/from airport?
We offer a transport from and to airport. The price depends on number of persons and airport (Crakow or Katowice). For further information please contact us by phone or e-mail.

13.Can I rent a parking spot?
Most of ours apartments (on ul. Zwierzyniecka and Szlak) have an underground parking. It is possible to rent a parking spot for 50PLN a day.

14.At what time is your office open?
We are available for our guests from 9 am to 10 pm.

15. How can I get the keys to apartment?
Please contact us by phone or mail before your arrival in order to establish details of check-in.

16.How can I pay for apartment?
During making reservation there is advance required.  Rest of the payment you pay to a person who gives you keys on the day of your arrival by cash (we accept PLN, EUR or GBP) or by card (there is a transaction fee). You can also pay all amount in advance.

17. Can I cancell my booking?

The prepayment is not refundable, but in case of reservation cancellation can be used for any future reservation (in the next 6 months).

18.Can I recive a VAT invoice for my stay?
Yes. In order to get one please send us an e-mail with information required for invoice. Person who forwards you a key is not issuing an invoice.
